– Maximum Guests: Our studio can accommodate a maximum of 4 guests, ensuring a cozy and enjoyable experience for everyone.
– Minimum Age of Primary Renter: The primary renter should be at least 21 years old.

What is the cancellation policy in case I need to cancel my reservation?

If the cancellation is made more than 5 days before the check-in date, there will be a penalty of 0% of the booking amount. However, the cost of the refund will be deducted from the booking amount. If the cancellation is made less than 5 days before the check-in date, there will be a penalty of 100% of the booking amount (minus the service fee).
